Job Vacancy - Office administrator

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.

Experience in a similar role is required. Flexible hours available. 

The role

  • Dealing with customer queries on the telephone/email.
  • Processing job sheets, invoices, client statements and other documentation relating to the billing process.
  • Completion of admin works relating to job completion such as equipment lists and certification.
  • Dealing with supplier’s accounts.
  • Making sales calls/emails to potential clients to offer our services.
  • Making sales calls/emails to existing clients to offer additional services.

The right candidate

  • Must be PC literate and have excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook
  • Organised with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident communicator
  • The ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
  • Well presented

The job package

  • Flexible working hours, minimum 24-hours a week.
  • Full time / permanent
  • £11 / hour
