A similar situation to the Industrial section above although in Commercial properties the problems tend to come from the change of tenancy where each new tenant in turn has his own requirements.
The circuits that supplied equipment from the previous “let” could be left in a potentially hazardous condition instead of being stripped out. Again as is listed below the recommendation is for the premise to be inspected and tested and a report on its condition complied before each new tenant moves in. |
